Jeep Wrangler Throttle Body Injection Air Box Replacement system for 4 cylinder 2.5 TBI up to the 1990 only. No modification to your original throttle body enclosure of any kind is required. The intake can swivel in any direction. I only modified 10 of these for the sake of experiment only. Made from anodized aluminum and measuring 17" pipe plus 6" filter. The intake diameter is 3". We also highly recommend ignition upgrade for all 2.5 4 cyl. models; Nology Hot Wires. These wires feature inner capacitor which keeps the spark amplified and with consistent energy. 2.5 ignition system becomes weaker with speed increase. There is not much performance improvement can be "bolted" on to any 2.5, however, in our experience, Nology wires upgrade will demonstrate a noticeable improvement. Common MSD ignition offers similar performance, but installation is way too complex for many DIY enthusiasts. Find Nology wires on the internet. THROTTLE BODY ORIGINAL COVER IS NOT INCLUDED.
