This dress is made from vintage floral fabric, gathered lace with a red bow at the center of the neck. Eyelet trim, with  a red ribbon running through it.  With gathered puff sleeves trimmed with lace.
The  gathered skirt has  an attached slip trimmed with lace.  A red & white bow is attached to the waist.  Closes with buttons and ties with a white sash
