Lovely VINTAGE GIRLS hand sewn dress and pinafore, this is for the dress only, my Patti is only the model.
The dress is a cotton peach calico with a zipper closure. The pinafore is hand smocked on the front and back.  There is a 2 button closure and a snap.    Please see the pictures for they are part of the description.
I am guessing this is a 3T, possibly a 4T.  It fits the Patti Play Pal doll with room to spare.
Condition is pre-owned, there is a small stain on the inside neck of the pinafore and a very small mark on the back, please see the pictures.
The person who made this dress and pinafore must have been an expert sewer, all the seams are finished.
